Life behind and in front of the lens.

My story.

Whats up everyone, I’m Shawn and I am a photographer. (That sounds like an intro to a addiction meeting)……lol. A little about me, I am a professional portrait photographer who can’t seem to live without a camera.

I started photography years ago with just a basic camera and the vision to create a nice image. There something that alot of people don’t know about me, I’m almost legally blind in my right eye, so being able to provide the world with images the way I see them is a gift within itself.

In 2006 I married the love of my life and took up photography as a hobby. Shortly after buying my first dslr (Nikon of course) people started asking me to do portraits for them (paid assignments) so I took the challenge and started my portrait journey.

The first shoot led to the next shoot and before I knew it I was booking shoots out 2 months ahead. So to make sure that I didn’t bore everyone who like my photography, I started shooting HDR with a good friend of mine (thanks James for showing me the way to HDR land)!

So I wanted to show off my hdr work and other photography, thus leading me here and leading me to you. I’m glad that you stopped by and showed me some love, just check in on me from time to time to see what’s new……. you’ll love what you see!

Peace and love.
